ABOUT

I holds  Diploma of Remedial Massage and have been practising for over 20 years.

My career has taken across a wide variety of settings, including health clinics, corporate environments, and high profile sporting events such as the Gold Coast Marathon, golf tournaments, and the Commonwealth Games.

Over time,I have developed own unique massage style.

In my integrated holistic remedial therapy treatments, I utilises a wide range of techniques including advanced soft tissue work, cupping, dry needling, principles of Eastern philosophy, and, when appropriate, tuning forks to support nervous system balance.

I am also trained in Oncology Massage, allowing to provide safe, supportive and considered care for clients undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment.

My treatments focus on releasing resistance within the body, restoring natural balance, and deepening both physical and mental awareness. By helping clients tune in to what the body is communicating and its innate wisdom, I support the cultivation of mindful awareness for sustainable, long term wellbeing.

Through my extensive clinical experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the powerful connection between the body and mind. This insight led me to further study psychosomatic therapy, expanding me to understand of how emotional patterns and personality traits can influence physical health.

My approach now integrates hands on physical treatment with psychosomatic awareness, supporting clients to achieve both physical relief and mental balance.

I believe that balance in life is essential for optimal health. To complement my massage practice, I have also studied rehabilitation exercise as an Allied Health Assistant. This training enables me to guide clients in maintaining their quality of life, including mental health, through physical awareness, movement, and exercise.

In addition to clinical work, I spent 15 years teaching at the Massage Schools of Queensland, where I worked as a part time lecturer for international students, sharing my extensive knowledge and experience.

Today, my passion has evolved toward sharing psychosomatic therapy more deeply, and I now runs  own workshops focused on the mind and body connection.

I am currently working as a member of the team at Foundation Health Osteopathy.

“For me, recognising what is happening in the body and mind creates the awareness needed to focus on where change is required. This awareness forms positive intentions, both physically and mentally, empowering us to maintain our health and live in a state of true wellbeing.”
